A retainer works by securing a set amount of my time and resources on a recurring basis, monthly. Payment must be received by a date for example, the 1st of every month. once payment is received this starts the retainer for that month. You’ll have guaranteed access to my services, ensuring that your project receives consistent attention. We’ll agree on the scope of work and the hours needed, and I’ll continuously monitor, update, and improve your project. This arrangement allows for more fluid communication and quicker turnarounds since I’m already familiar with your needs and priorities.
Custom code may not always be necessary, as I specialize in leveraging no-code solutions for Webflow through platforms like Finsweet Attributes. However, for specific functionalities beyond what's achievable with no-code tools, I can provide simple solutions using CSS and JavaScript. For more complex JavaScript requirements, I have a JavaScript experts who is on my team.
Time zones are not a hindrance when working under a retainer. I prioritize clear and timely communication, and I’m flexible in scheduling meetings and updates to accommodate your time zone. Whether it’s early morning or late evening for you, we’ll establish a routine that works for both of us, ensuring seamless collaboration despite any time differences.
I typically work during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. However, as part of the retainer agreement, we can discuss specific times that best suit your needs, including accommodating urgent matters or special projects that may require attention outside of these hours. Emergency support can also be planned and provided as necessary.
You have a choice of payment with direct invoice to be paid into my wise. Payment can done through Upwork. In the near future I will look to add Stripe payment lonks
Yes, you can adjust the scope of your retainer as your needs change. If your project requires more resources or less over time, we can easily scale the retainer up or down accordingly. This flexibility ensures that you’re only paying for what you need while maintaining the ability to ramp up support when necessary. We’ll regularly review the arrangement to ensure it aligns with your goals and budget.
I take on an amount at any one time that comes to 3-4 clients totally no more then 200 hours per month. This way my work schedule is kept to 40-50 hours a week and allows me to focus on all of you.
